The team behind
At 43 AutoWorks, our team brings together decades of experience, passion for cars, and a commitment to doing things right.
Jamie Norman
Owner
James is one of the owners of 43 AutoWorks and Jason’s older brother. With over 40 years in the automotive world, he’s done it all—from running family-owned parts stores in Ottawa to being around Porsche and BMW racing. He’s friendly, easy to deal with, and a total workaholic.
When he’s not working, you’ll usually find him on the golf course or travelling.
Jason Norman
Owner / Technician
Jason is one of the owners and our resident rock-and-roll technician. With over 30 years in German auto repair, he’s built and raced plenty of Porsche and BMW race cars. When he’s not in the shop, he’s playing with his band, 3 Pistols.
David Scrivener
Senior Licensed Technician
Dave is a licensed automotive technician with over 30 years of hands-on experience in the industry. Known for his honesty, precision, and deep mechanical knowledge, he has built a strong reputation for delivering reliable, high-quality service. At 43 Autoworks, Dave combines decades of expertise with a commitment to customer satisfaction, ensuring every vehicle is repaired and maintained to the highest standard.
Ross Mogg
Licensed Technician
Ross is a newly licensed technician who’s been with 43 AutoWorks since starting as a Level 1apprentice four years ago. He’s grown through the ranks with hands-on experience and a strong work ethic, building his skills every step of the way. Now fully licensed, Ross brings fresh energy, attention to detail, and a commitment to doing the job right for every customer.
Melanie Thompson
Service Advisor
Melanie is our service advisor with over a year of dealership experience. She brings a big personality and a great smile, making sure every customer feels welcome and taken care of.
Adam Brown
Level 3 Apprentice
Adam’s been with 43 AutoWorks for just over a year. As a Level 3 apprentice, he’s gaining tons of hands-on experience, learning fast, and always ready to get his hands dirty.
Stephen Chandran
Level 1 Apprentice
Stephen is new to the team but brings a few years of experience from OEM dealerships. He’s got a solid foundation and is excited to keep learning and growing with the crew.
Love of Cars
Jamie and Jason’s love of cars doesn’t stop with their business.
In their spare time, these car enthusiasts are active members of Rennsport, the local chapter of the Porsche Club of America. You can find them on the racetrack as nationally trained Porsche Advanced Driving Instructors.
